Spring Sowing- now is the time to consider sowing spring varieties-3kgs per Ha.
Weed control- Treflan after sowing and before rolling in the evening at 2.3lts per Ha.
Varieties- high oil content.
Fertiliser-10-10-20 or 18-6-12, sulphur and boron are also needed.
Fungicide- Either 1/2 rate of folicur or caramba for disease and growth regulation.
